THE HAUTE-NESS

Even though the French are smelly, pompous pricks who let the Germans just walk through Western Europe, they do have one of the richest culinary traditions. Our first edition of Gourmet Club led us to Southern France and the simple, wholesome cuisine that sings of the sun, water and soil.
